Cancellation Policy

Welcome to our clinic!

Scheduling an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you alone. Please be on time for your appointment so you do not negatively impact other patient treatments. Please be aware that if you do arrive late, the length of your treatment may be shortened accordingly (depending on the daily schedule.)

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the office with at least 24 hours advance notice. You will receive an appointment confirmation email the week prior to your appointment and have the opportunity at that time to confirm or reschedule your appointment.

Please be advised that you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled appointment if you do not show up for your appointment without notification. You will not be charged if you miss your appointment due to an unexpected emergency. Thank you for your consideration of our time and of the other patients who are waiting to schedule appointments.
