30 Minute Targeted Massage
Focused work on one area carrying stress, tension, and pain.
Choose neck and shoulders, or back, or hands and feet.
1 Hour Therapeutic Massage
Firm pressure combined with a wide variety of techniques that target chronic muscle tension.
Massage Types
Swedish/Esalen: Long smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle.
Deep Tissue: Targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Slower strokes or friction techniques across the grain of the muscle.
Lymphatic: A gentle, relaxing form of massage that helps the body's lymphatic system get moving again while reinforcing immune function.
Sports/Orthopedic: Combination of techniques are used. Strokes are generally faster than Swedish massage. Facilitated stretching is a common technique. Helps to loosen muscles and increase flexibility.

CranioSacral: Light-touch manual therapy that gently works with the spine and the skull and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia. Restrictions of nerve passages are eased and movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spinal cord is optimized.
Reflexology: Applying pressure to certain points on the foot that correspond to organs and systems in the body.
