We offer wide variety of patient education materials.

Our clinic policies, procedures, and conduct are designed to meet or exceed the HIPAA privacy regulations. In the interest of your confidentiality and the comfort of other patients, please keep all conversations within the clinic at a lower volume.

Please respect other patient's confidentiality by not discussing their health issues without their permission. Please do not discuss your health issues with any of our practitioners or clinic staff outside the clinic or in a public setting. They are legally bound at all times to the HIPAA privacy regulations regardless if they are in our clinic or not.
